Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are both manufacturer and trading company. 20% of our product are manufactured by ourself. For rest of products, we take from our cooperated factories directly.
What’s the advantage of your company?
The stock availability is our biggest advantage. We can supply 50,000+ products and 20,000+ of them are in stock. We have our own factory and development team. Each month we will development 50-100 new items. We believe that our products and service can provide unique value to your business.
How is the quality of your products?
20% of our products are made by OEM suppliers and 80% are aftermarket parts. All the aftermarket parts are developed by original samples. Each product will be tested by professional device before delivery. All of our product has passed ISO9001 quality management system and CE certification. There’s no need to worry about the quality.
What’s the minimum order quantity required? How long will it take for delivery?
The MOQ and delivery time depends on the stock availability. For stock items, there’s no requirement for MOQ. The order can be sent in 1-3days. For non-stock item, normally the lead time is 30-60days with moq 50-100pcs.
Can we get samples to check the quality from your company?
Yes, as long as we have it in stock, it’s ok to send sample before ordering.
How long is the warranty?
We provide 50,000Kms/1 Year warranty service.
How is your package?
Normally the product is sent by neutral box. We can also customize the package design according to your requirement.
